Terms & Conditions:
Eligibility
The competition is open to residents of Ireland, aged 18 years or over, except employees of Sweeney Oil.
Entry
To enter the competition, participants must purchase €20 or more worth of fuel at any Sweeney Oil service station during the promotional period. Entrants must provide their contact details at the time of purchase to be eligible for entry. No additional purchase is necessary to enter the competition. Only one competition entry per fuel sale.
Promotion Period
The competition runs from 20th of March to 28th of March inclusive. Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.
Prize
The prize is a luxury Hazel Mountain Chocolate hamper. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered.
Winner Selection
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotion period. The draw will be conducted within 7 days of the end of the promotion period.
Winner Notification
The winners will be notified by email or phone within 7 days of the draw date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
Publicity
By entering the competition, participants agree to the use of their name and image in any publicity material.
Data Protection
Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely for the purposes of this competition and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
General
Sweeney Oil reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. The decision of Sweeney Oil regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
