We are looking for a Customer Service Representative at our head office in Galway.
As a Customer Service Representative you will be the important link between our company and current and potential customers. The successful candidate will enjoy engaging with our customers while effectively selling our products and solving customer needs, concerns and inquiries. You should be happy to keep customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behaviour.
Whilst the position of Customer Service Representative is advertised as full time, we are happy to hear from candidates who may only be available for a shorter work week i.e 3 days/4 days etc. We offer flexible working hours and the position may be suitable for somebody returning to the workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Work as part of a vibrant team that manages large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information and take sales orders as required
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile
- Enjoy selling, upselling and closing transactions
- Administer and check driver dockets for accuracy and completeness
- Communicate effectively with your colleagues across multiple departments
- Open and close the office when required
What You’ll Need
- Previous experience in a customer support role would be an advantage, but full training will be given
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices would be an advantage but is not essential
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Fluent English is required
